Teenage Ryan’s sister has vanished, and he’s convinced a crew behind a viral web show exposing urban legends had something to do with it. She was lured into playing the notorious Elevator Game—a cursed online challenge tied to disappearances across the globe. To get answers, Ryan forces the gang to play again. Bad move. They accidentally summon the Fifth Floor Woman… and she’s not letting any of them leave alive.
